Was talking to the old folks about Robbo and they told me he is my step cousin.

I nearly fell offf my chair.

Another big thing is my old man is adamant he is a Tiger supporter.

Well now he's a Bomber.

Did he do the turncoat on us when the kitchen got too hot for him?

My condolances Smasha.

But how do you have a step cousin? Is there such a thing?

We expect some good goss from you from now on Smash.

(It's not something I'd normally confess to but I think I'm related to Robbo too, and Sheahan and Caro and also Paddy, on the Adam and Eve branch of the family tree.)

Hutchy would be on a branch other than the Adam and Eve one I'd imagine. Maybe not even lower primates. Invertebrates perhaps... ;D

After our inglorious performance against Hawthorn in Tassie in 2006, a few of us went back to some Irish pub in Launceston (good place btw) for a few beers. We were still there at midnight for the Australia vs Brazil world cup game. Robbo was there with us all night. I can only speak from my own experience, but he's a pretty good bloke. He does have a soft spot for the Tiges, stemming from some relative down the line. However, he needs to be big enough to admit when he's wrong and call it as it is. He got the "Wallace sacking" dead wrong. Come on Robbo, be man enough to say: "I was wrong".

Er he did. He did end up apologising unlike scumbag Hutchy. Not to say that his info was wrong just that he jumped the gun on the story.

If he did I didn't hear him. I heard Dawson on SEN ask him if he would apologise to Richmond supporters, and he said I'll sit on that. Pretty ordinary I thought at the time. If he has since good on him, he is a bigger person than he displayed on that day.

He did it after that.

yeah, he's done it now a few times on SEN. I was hard on him at the time, but credit to the guy, he has been a lot more open about getting it wrong that Sheehan and Hutchy.
