Spot on Disco. Should not have been resigned for 2 years and woulda got a rude shock as i doubt many clubs woulda been falling over themselves to take him. How the club let Rodans manager hold them to ransom with threats of leaving still escapes me and was a poor management decision, same with re signing Hall.
You dont keep players cos they are a certain age or height, you keep those that can perform and you release those that cannot.
 
some players take longer than others - look at Tuck. If they didnt think Rodan was any good they would have let him go..
 
I think it should be noted here that Rodan has been named an emegency v Melbourne,

along with Meyer & JON of course...
 
Roden will be back bigger, better ..maybe in a new role and hopefullly he will play apart in our next flag .
