PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

I am amazed with the physique that Rodan possesses that he doesn't exert any form of phyisicality....ever!
The bloke is a sawn-off heavyweight and has the perfect build to cause some big collisions at stoppages.
While im aware he's short,he is still the perfect height and weight to lay a bone jarring bump on an opponent.
If you look at similar sized rugby players they all can lay booming tackles on guys of all heights and weights.
I really think this guy needs to step up if he wants a career in AFL footy.
He was a moderate performer up until his injury which have now lowered his stocks a little further.
Friday night was very disappointing for him in his comeback game.
What i'd like to see is a nasty aggressive approach to his footy.....he'd soon have blokes taking short steps when he's around and then I reckon his confidence will soar, and he may yet be what we really need,a guy capable of delivering legitimate hard footy up to the opposition.
I know people will say he is just back from injury, but this competition is at elite level and doesn't have sentiment for guys struggling when returning from injury,so lets see some vigor outta the DRod.
