At start of the year we eleveted King and Howat from rookie list for Coughlan and Peterson.
It mentions in todays paper King came on for Peterson.
With Peterson hopefully available in 6-7 weeks does King go back on the rookie list or can it be Howat.

I think that CC's right. If King came in specifically for peterson, then he'll have to go back when Carl's fit.

Of course, with our luck, there will be someone else on the long-term injury list for him to replace by then.

On the bright side, Kingy will gain valuable experience. having a taste of AFL, the guy will come back stronger and showing the way for others.

there is no doubt that Howat and King will be given A1 status next year.

You have got to be kidding. Howat has had a bad start to the year, and king hasn't even finished a game yet. How can you possibly say there is no doubt?

howat wont make it coz the blokes skills are completely .... yeah well u know what i mean. 1 sided players cant make it unless they are that quick they can beat off people. he is not and he couldnt hit the side of a barn. i admire his efforts but sadly hes just not up to it and if we want to move forward we cant keep carrying passengers

Howat hasn't impressed so far this year. He'll want to play a bit tougher to earn that nomination. And possibly get a haircut.
