18.16!!! What could have been.

We've proved we're not the worst, I can finish bottom happy now and take that number 1 pick.

Finey from SEN read out this quote avout 30 minutes ago.

haha thought of my melbourne supporter mate as i was leaving the G then thought bugger it im gonna rock up at his place on the way home :hihi

just got home myself and eager to write.

Foley was again fantastic. JD Medal in the bag one would think. We've unearthed something quite special in Nathan.

Tucky had a great game yet he still needs to work on those "sky kicks" of his. I ever wonder whether he's been told about it or not because its one facet of his game that he doesnt seem to be improving on.

Lids. I love his run. Cant fault him if i do its his his tenacity and eagerness to make a contest other than that...

Krak - He really needs to play in close. I really think his game is as a stopage man not running around an open paddock. He played very much outside tonight and as a consequence had little impact on the game. Very surprised if anything comes of Krak.

Tambo - He just keeps on improving. At this point i think he's ahead of Lids. He is starting to show that in a blink of an eye he can go from last to fast, zero to hero. Some of the runaways from packs tonight were enthralling.

Browny - what more acan you say ;)

Patto - the boy is slowly proving to play like a berger paint, "he just keeps on keeping on" :P

Kingy - got outta some very sticky situations down back by purely being tough and busting thru without regard for his own safety, very tigerish if i may say so.

Tivver - he's come up this year and is definately not the same player he was in previous years. I really hope some on here are ready to drop the past and accept that.

Raines - is his form going backwards cause theres a hint of N.Q.R. with him. His pass to Howat was sh!te.

Rrrr Howat. pass

Richo was Richo.

Bowdo was Bowdo.

Petts is a deadset turnstile in defence. I'd like him to at least have 4 private sessions seperate from the group just to work on correcting/improving his tackling. If he can do that over the next preseason he will be a very handy player, but alas...

Hughes. Had very little time out on the ground tonight but is young and has time on his side.

Thursty was an unsung hero tonight. He's really startin to get back to his pre knee form.

Jacko has another scalp. all good. I still feel has a tendency to do the absolutley stupid but as long as he keeps the ledger on the good side like he's doing then everythings alright.

Newmo - inspirational

getting tired now... goodnight

Well there we have it, I go to a piano eisteddfod with the girlfriend (getting sms'd quarterly scores) thinking that the win will come next week, and from all reports here and the scoreline (49 points!! :clap :hihi ;D) the tigers turned it on. That will teach me to underestimate the mighty tigers.

Cannot wait until I sit down tomorrow and watch the game for myself

The Tiger ARMY was out in force tonight...unbelievable scenes from a side holding up the ladder!!!

I suggest all of you go to Punt Road Oval after games - win, lose or draw...

Go Tiges!!!

There is only one thing stopping Foley taking home Jack-and his name is Polak--another superb game down back--28 touches ,11 marks and 4 tackles----this bloke is now in amongst the best centre half backs in the game.
He has the stickyest hands and is cool as a cucumber when the heat is on.

Great effort by the boys.

Foley, what an absolute little terrier, love his work inside and his runs throught the centre

Tucky - welcome back Tucky - best game for the year

Polak this bloke gets better each week, what a great set of hands

Lids, love to watch him run the lines, and a pretty good shooter for goal as well

Richo, well what can you say about the big fella, loved his game, just wish he'd stop being so friendly with the woodwork

Kingy what a little gem

Thirsty - well done unsung hero for sure

Tivva - hope he cops some slack this week from many poster on here thought he was great tonight

And last but not least Browny - welcome back, what a super star, the roar from the crowd when he got near the ball and his first goal sent tingles up my spine last night.

Singing the song at the end of the game loud and proud not once, not twice by three times and then again on the way to the car park! :clap
