Round 18 - other games

All feels well with the world this morning. For a little while I was worried that footy was as simple as setting a bloke up to fail, replacing him with a favourite son and poaching some off-field staff...

My feelings exactly. I was beginning to think I had got Essendon all wrong. Relief.
 
Geelong are going to make a massive run at this years flag ILO.

2nd year in a row they have come back a different team after the break the Queensland.
 
Scott Thompson lines up Johnson at the first bounce and runs through him with a forearm to the face, causing Johnson to bleed from the mouth and be subbed out of the game, and the commentators declare to a man there was nothing in it. They must be on him for the Brownlow.

Edit: I'll take most of that back, doesn't appear that Thompson lined him up after all. Will be an interesting one for the MRP.
 
Norf were superb against us, but lazy today against a rabble. I reckon Richmond is likened to a prostitute.....
 
Dangerfield playing well....awaiting Leysy's customary performance summary post-game :hihi
 
Just proves how valuable a top ruckman is these days. If adelaide had jacobs this could have been a totally different game.
 
You would be silly to write off the Cats again this year, even if they finish outside the top 4.

They know how to win games. You dont play in grand finals, finals, with experienced campaigners and not now how to finish off matches.
 
Why do they persist with Graham. He is a dead set liability ....*smile* useless. Might as well ruck Posty and Derrickx or even Benny Darrou FFS.
