Round 2 - other games.

I thought we would be a chance against the Dees in a few weeks? :nailbiting :nailbiting :nailbiting :nailbiting

Dees winning because their senior players have decided to have a go especially those in the gun from last week in Davey, Bruce, Pettard etc.

Scully and Trengove very quite.

Come on Dees; beat the Scum!!!!

Although, the media will be all over us if we get pounded, as suspected, tomorrow.

Bloody hell, Pettard dropped a what sounds like a gettable mark in the goal square just before the siren goes :o Geez!

Not sure what to think now. Happy because the Scum are not as good as everyone thinks they are. But Melbourne improving may just leave us wallowing on the bottom on our own. Geez I hope we can be somewhat competitive like that tomorrow.

This gives me hope that melb will win 5 games thia year which is good for us..
As for melbourne being ahead of us , meh who cares.

Melbourne were robbed. Heath Shaw dropped that ball and Green should have been awarded the free kick. *smile* I hate Collingwood.

By the way it was Melbs more senior players that kept them in it. Davey had a great last quarter and a half. Not to mentioned McDonald who kept Swan very quiet.

Well done Melbourne.

Put up a heroic fight like Jimmy Stynes.

Let's see what our players dish up tomorrow. :rofl

Dees shoulda won that. If you haven't seen the last minute of play, pretty amazing footy. Pettard coulda marked it but he had 2 to beat. The kick to him went a very tired 35m. They missed about 5 sodas from set shots. Coll, flag faves hey? Hehehe.

I care. I care that any side is better than us. I just *smile* hate losing. Maybe if the RFC hated losing as much as they should then we wouldn't be in the position we are in. But it is what it is and I just want to see them compete hard and not get blown away like we have been continuosly every year lately. Even though I hate losing I know where we are at. But what I also hate is being non competitive so if they put up a fight and show some balls tomorrow well that'll have to be enough for the moment.

Shaw should have been penalised but Dee's had their chances.that is 1 that got away.

We all hope but we always turn up to watch our side that doesn't turn up.

Let's see what happens tomorrow.

No doubt they had their chances. But it *smile* me how the umpires are afraid to pay a free kick late in the game that could decide the result.

So much for Jolly being Collingwoods saviour. Not the best start to his Collingwood career. Jamar clearly had the better of him today. And as for John Fraser :hihi
