Patto may well have a premiership medal come October.

After tonites game the next time you see Pattison will be in a sandy jumper,
he couldnt get a kick in a stampede! thank god his one we pissed off last year..

This is the team the a few in the media were tipping to make the 8 this year (like us last year)

Footy experts are as good at their job as weather man!! Are theses the only 2 jobs (+ any job at Richmond) where you can continuously get it wrong and still keep your job??

Im glad they got smashed. And it will take the heat a bit off us if we get belted tomorrow, which we won't ;D

Brad Scott the super mid field coach of mighty magpies,
reminds me of STICKY-FAT frawley

Great watching CH10 tonight when Jon Ralph was on. Firstly he stated that we were the bye at half time and then said we don't know who could come in for Johnson tomorrow because Wily don't play this weekend!

Go join Barrett at Croc media Jon! ::)

Didn't Malcolm Blight give North a fair old bake tonight!! It was good to hear. He also had a veiled crack at Brad Scott regarding the article in The Age today and his apparent "softly, softly" approach to coaching his players. Blight said that if you wanted to coach men sometimes you had to act like a man :rofl :rofl :rofl

I still remember the pathetic jibes at David Pittman back in 1997 after we beat them in Adelaide early in the season. They went on to win back to back flags.

That will stop the "good news" stories from north. Wake up to reality and suffer in your jocks Mwahahhaaa haaahhaha! >:D

They won't be winning a flag if Patto's in their best 22.

Last two premiership ruckmen: Brent Renouf (2008) and Mark Blake (2009).
Not a very high bar to pass. ;D

BTW Patto (8) had more possessions than McEvoy (5) or Harvey (5). Again not a very high bar.

Collingwood-Melbourne wasn't the most skilful match but most players were spent well before the siren. Will be tough for Collingwood to get up for a Friday night game v St.Kilda, who had a training run.

Interesting to see Cloke cop a whack over the eye which drew blood and not go running to the umpire. :cutelaugh

North were disgraceful. Worse than any Richmond performance I've seen and that's saying something.
Weren't you at the game when Geelong flogged us by 150 plus Freezer?

Guess the Kangas board should have either thrown more dollars at Figgy or perhaps followed proper due process when they hired a new coach. Getting all hot and steamy in their jocks because Scotty told them he'd win them a flag in twelve months might have been just a tad premature.

But look at the shiny new training facility :hihi surely success will come now that they have that!

Amazing. Just watched Game Day and they just glossed over Norths 100 point loss.

If it was the RFC Robbo would be ripping us a new one!

No one cares about North. They don't make for good media. Richmond does which is why they pot us every chance they get. And don't we give them a lot of chances................

That we do, in spades.

Problem for us is that whilst we keep getting potted in the media all these other clubs get to fly under the radar, making it easier for them to keep up the morale of their players.

You can only be told that you are crap so many times before you start to believe it. It is going to take some really special people to turn this around.

I tipped the Swans too, so am very happy with that result.

Same. Thought Swans played well against the saints last week.

Swans never stop amazing me. Every year they are meant to bottom out but they don't.
Their foot dept is very well run

Neil Craig is an absolute control freak as a coach. Micro-manages to a minute detail, and it is his way or the highway.

Have often thought he might have been a good coach for us given the young list we have.
