Again. No idea.
So the suggestion that yours and capt ideas seem to be stuck in the 60's is stressing you out. Mmm Do you think you will be feeling a little better come tomorrow. :dummyspit

lol at stressing me out. You give me a good giggle though.

My votes on today's game (Richmond listed players only, Fort Caruso and a few other Coburg players were excellent):

3. White - ran ALL day, contested hard, gave very good drive through the midfield, seemed to have 10+ inside 50's, kicked 2.4.

2. Morton - Kicked 7.2, including 2 on the run plus 2 goals 50m out on the boundary...very reliable kick and good hands. Smart player also.

1. Reiwoldt - Smart player, 5 goals including one 'dribbler' from the boundary while being tackled. Worried about his lack of pace at AFL level but a good game today.

Tivva was very good, as was Conners although tries a bit much sometimes and needs fitness to become a more rounded player...this kid could be anything with the required fitness. Great left foot and very good hands also.

McGuane quiet, as was Edwards who did some nice things, but also did some very average things for someone of his potential. Cartledge was impressive although didn't seem to be competing against any quality...was impressed with his game nonetheless.

Overall, not too sure how strong this geelong side are/were...they were VERY average today, turned the ball over constantly and looked very underdone...great effort from the entire Burger team...

Good signs overall from the Richmond listed players.

The Momentai v Tooheys stoush is far more entertaining than any of the Richmond performances of recent times.

Keep going chaps.

Bingo. We'd all love to see Edwards/Conners etc lining up but form has to warrant it. No more gifting games.
yeah i agree no more gifting games to long term proven hacks. play the freakin kids. every yr we have this .

Here's my 5c on the game:

1) White and Morton will be stiff to miss elevation, both looked great, esp White

2) Reiwoldt may or may not get up depending on how the big fellas do tomorrow, if he misses though its not because he doesn't deserve it

3) Didn't notice Edwards much, but thats just me

4) very disappointed in Muscles McGuane and JON

Who's being gifted a game at the moment? I think we're finally got it right it in rewarding games for good performances.

you think the carlton game was a good performance. we had a win nothing more a lot of the individuals were poor and continued to show they are not the future.

Nobody's getting carried away but you're very tough here claw.
The 2nd half was a terrific team performance and as good as any football we have played for a while.
It was a great win considering the pressure the team & coach were under.
St Kilda, a team largely tipped to be a contender this year didn't beat the blues by much more.

Edwards was taken from the ground i think early third term because it would seem he's a late inclusion for Patto judging by todays Herald Sun.

Coincidenally, that seems to be about the same time we went from being 90 points up down to 60 with Geelong starting to get some mid field accendancy.
