veiwed from an irrational, superstitious punters perspective. We were always going to lose to Carlton, because we were widely (by tiger fans) expected to win. Similarly, we will beat Sydney because we are unanimously expected to lose. These are the very games we have disproportionately won over the last few years and represent very good punting opportunities :hihi

Play Jacob King on O'Keefe, O'Keefe kills us too often adn apparently this what King does so give heim a shot. CAnt hurt.
Moore deserves first crack on O"keefe did a very good job on him in Canberra, dos'nt meen he will do it in the real stuff but deserves a crack,King on O'Keefe will hurt :'(
Fair enough wasnt aware Moore did that job. I just cant think of anyone else who can do that job maybe Raines but he may have ot play on O'Laughlin. Only saying that after seeing him towel up Ricciuto last year I dunno.

Umm Raines on O' Loughlin would be a bad move there Shawry.

Height difference , O Loughlins overhead strength and body size.

Gaspar or Bowden will play on O Loughlin if Polly plays CHB.

Ruck options will decide who plays on Hall.

O'Luughlin wil lbe too quick for Gaspar, Riccuiuto has greater body size than O'Loughlin nad Raines carvedhim up last year. Overhead strangth is a point however. Polak really needs to play on Hall.

Sydney have played a tough game in round 1, and will start favourites. Our club has been able to come out and win matches we're not expected to win, a la Adelaide last year.

Nick Davis won't be playing this week.

Also have a history of getting flogged in games we are expected to lose a la St. Kilda, Sydney and West Coast last year.

I just hope they can be competitive.

I would prefer 7 wins and no 10 goal plus losses to the 11 wins, 4 x 100 point thumpings we had last year.

Hello Punxy, can you tell us whether it's going to be another same old year for the tigers? :rofl

I smell a rat not a groundhog.

I agree. Doesn't just happen with us either. Not a bad idea to get on the RFC this week buuuuuuuuuut I wouldn't go overboard. Just too many factors against, not the least being a 4 points desperate Swans.

Hi geoffry

Long time reader, first time poster. I fear it will be another same old year for the Tigers. However, I see some light on the horizon, but not sure if it fits within Terry's 25 year plan!

There really should be a limit to how many Tasmanians can post on this board.

Thanks for the forecast Punxy, by the way what's the name of that perfume you are wearing. ;D

I am not so sure. Ok I have made a few predictions about this year.

And here is the latest.

2007: slow start, steady build through the middle; dominant at season end. Finals. Still weak interstate though.
