from memory this kid was supposed to go pretty high selection in the 2005 draft but for some reason he was overlooked by all clubs .this kid is from all reports a good chb/chf would it be possible that RFC could look at a player likr this and try and get him for next to nothing he was all australian chb 2004 also back pocket TAC cup team of the year so to me that says he must have some talent i beleive he has outstanding foot skills and is very good overhead in a contested mark situation can he put himself in the draft this year i dont know which one he is eligable for but i think this is one kid given a chance could be what we are looking for. :) :)

I'd like to introduce you to something called a period, also known as a full stop. It looks like this ".".

As for Kirkby...being overlooked by every club is hardly a ringing endorsement. Got any stats for this year?

IMHO looked a tad slow for AFL an still very very light. Was a nice looking footballer though just not up to AFL but I did say that about Howat too ::)

I watched him on ABC2 on Friday night and he looked slow.

I think it could be the best of both worlds. I don,t think we will get Polack, and with our youth policy and young guys coming through he could join the club and come through with them. Im all for starting the rebuild of RFC from the ground up :clap

He may use them on a monthly basis now.

Playing for Nth Adelaide?
Glenelg i think

Yes, Glenelg indeed. I saw him a few weeks ago but he didn't look anything special. I cant see anyone drafting him this season, he'd need a cracker of a season in the SANFL to get drafted again. If the Hawks let him go then ????

Nathan Carroll was a #2 pick in the rookie draft (like Kirkby) in 2000, spent a couple of years in the wilderness (read: Claremont), and was re-taken in the 2003 rookie draft. Bishop from Port is a 150-game full back who also went through two rookie drafts, so there are precedents.
