The speed of the game (even the change from the late 80's to now) is incredible. Its also incredible that Richo has not only kept up with it, but also surpassed the best of the best in fitness.

i reckon even richo himself would vote1 Royce Hart. he's such a die hard tiger fan and has so much respect for past players and such.

Dont remember much as i was only young but in '74 we were in melbourne (from Perth) on holiday and ended up catching the GF parade or some big footy hoohaa. i do remember Royce being the main man and my dad bying me a richmond scarf. that was the day i became a Tiger for life

i'd have royce anyday.

Richo isn't even worthy of being in the same thread as Royce Hart.

Royce was an out and out champion player who delivered. Seeing he and Bruce Doull battling was as good as it gets. There were no "dumby" spits with Royce just 100% application and hard work. He chased he harrassed he did the 1% that Richo only dreams of.

Royce was a champion ........ Richo....welllll......sorry.....legendary yes but champion.....never!
