PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

Next four weeks are all winable matches (also very loseable) against
Brisbane at TD
Carlton at TD
Essendon at G
West Coast at G

I would like for the next four weeks not to tank matches for draft choices but change the style of play from the stop/start tempo footy back to the attacking/running/harder at the ball/carrying the ball and breaking the lines style of play we showed at times earlier in the season.

I believe with lethal that should finish the season the way you intend to start next season and I think we need to get our game plan up on how we will attack the finals next year. By playing this style of play if we believe in ourselves and have self confidence we can kick 16 goals and win. I think in recent weeks we have lost confidence in ourselves to do this and a bit confused on our game plan, what it should be.

Perhaps we started this last week with the inclusion of JON and Howat, hopefully Roach and perhaps Moore, Hughes and Limbach might get a run before season end, players that will be part of our finals campaign in the next few years who run attack , carry and players that will lead to the right spot and take cointested marks under this game plan.

I am hoping we win the next four games or at least be competitive but hopefully that we show an attacking game plan with the primary focus on our younger players that will get us something to look forward to in 2007 with a possible start to a long and sustained finals campaigns.
