at 1-6 even the most ambitious supporter must acknowledge the season is over. i don't care if bowden got 35 possessions yesterday or that simmonds kicked 4 goals. its time to play the kids. "Dead Man Walking" is a coach purely in survival mode... and for as long as he's fighting for his job, he's gonna continue to play the old farts.
let's give simmonds, bowden and brown a farewell game in round 9. give johnson and richo a farewell game in round 21. i would continue to play cuz because i believe he has 3-4 years in him if his hammy's holds up. but if the hamstring goes again he's gotto go.
lets sack DMW now and appoint sheedy or campbell as interim coach with an emphasis of playing kids ahead of the old farts.
