What would occur if against Essendon we get absolutely smashed by 10+ goals. Players show no will to win and look disinterested in the contest.

I think given our prior form and Richmonds apparent mental weakness (see round 1-4) this is quite possible. If it does happen would Wallace have to walk. If the team were playing for Wallace then surely they would come out with their tales up and give an almighty effort given the scrutiny. If not, then we could only assume that Wallace has lost the players and he would have to go.

If it's true the players have been granted their wish to change the game plan to a more direct man on man long kick style, and then they get smashed by 10goals while being disinterested, I reckon they will take a lot of the focus off Terry.

New scenario....

We flog the bummers and win all but 1 of the remaining games with the only one I don't think we have a chance in being the saints, and we make the 8, albeit to make up numbers and go out in the first week. This shows the players are wanting to play for Wallace and he meets his required KPI of finals. Do we keep him on or keep looking for a new man.

I will wake up soon but I feel this disaster can play out two ways and wonder how we would react to this one

This scenario is not so ridiculous as it sounds. remember Geelong had a very similar crisis meeting and then went on to become a pretty good team.

This could play out many ways, i'm hoping it shakes the whole playing group up and they have a real dip for the rest of the year. Other than the game i choose not to speak ofthe tiges have done pretty good just haven't got over the line. Its all above the shoulders...

No I think it will just place more pressure on them.
