I just cant believe individuals are getting the finger pointed at them in what was a absolute pathetic team performance. Gee, I bet a few on here who are pointing fingers at individuals would of snagged 2-3 last night up in a forward line where the delivery into it was virtually non existant and when it did look like come in you could of bloody travelled from the dome to spring street and back before it actually got there.... ::)

He can play forward or back..................................with Coburg. This bloke is yet to earn his senior spot.

yep. I'm prepared to point the finger, terrible.

I was screaming for Terry to put Jay in the backline in the last quarter.  Yes I stayed to the end, as I have done every Richmond game I have been to except one, regardless of the result.

I can understand Terry wanting to put someone down back to do a Benny Gale type role, but his choices were questionable.

Richo was good for a little while but the big fella is over thirty and Jay is a young.  It's not rocket science to work out who will have the most energy to burn?????

Richo shouldn't have to cover deficiencies in the team.  It just dilutes his potency.  Give him run, but closer to the forward just in case he is needed there.  He can't be in two places at once.

People say Jay doesn't win his own ball.  Well give him an opportunity to get it.  What did we have to lose?  Jay was wasted in a stagnant forward line especially when the ball wasn't going down there.

I agree with ToO, why bother grooming someone for a backline possie if you are not going to put them there.  I thought Jay did ok in the Nab cup against the Dawks.

I think Jay could be like Scott Lucas. He can play back when needed but is suited as a foward.

Jay had the donut hands on last night with everything going straight through them.  Solution, throw him down back to get his fist on the thing instead & use his skills to get it out of the hot zone when Gas & the rest looked like lost dogs ou there.
