Good to see Dragga featuring in the best players yet again.  Shouldn't be too long before he is pushing for an elevation to the big time yet again.

Welcome back Dragga, I hope you make a few eat humble pie

We had Carlyle down as 1 goal... other things of note:

The Coburg reserves *smashed* the Springvale reserves 32-13-205 to 1-3-8! I couldn't believe it when
I asked one of the goal umps the score at 3 quarter
time.

D. Kellaway played in the middle for the first half,
then spent most of the second half up forward - kicking
those two goals. Was taken off late in the 4th. Dragga
had a good game - got crunched early in the 3rd Quarter
- stuffed his shoulder a bit. Came back on early in the
4th for a short spell but was again taken off because
they thought he didn't look like he was moving that easily.
Dean Talbot didn't play in the second half, but appeared
in the third quarter around the boundary to encourage
Kayne P. He kept on at him "to show me something Kayne
- you gotta give me something!". He did the same to him
at the 3Q break. ... Kayne was his usual self in that
he went off a bit if something didn't go right - like
a missed goal - but in this game he at least didn't
seem to dwell on it as much - perhaps it was Talbot's
influence? I dunno.
Spekies to, Hart... and one to McGrath that wasn't payed
- because the ump was in the wrong spot - but it *was*
a mark from where we were sitting! ;)

... arh well - it is just a practice game ! But beats going
to Sydney!

Good point Rosy, why aren't they playing Kayne. Maybe there is too much talent in the team at the moment for him to push his way through (ha!).

Whilst Rome wasn't built in a day, I wish somebody would lay the foundations.

.
And maybe he wasn't actually in the best after all.  He did a couple of undisciplined things against Carlton so I'd guess he was sent back to Coburg to learn a  couple of things.
I've said before I'd love to see Kayne stay there and learn the game properly, so when he comes into  the senior side he's well and truly ready to hold his spot.

Thanks for the reports bak and Damo. :)
