Rainesy has had a hair cut (and looks better for it). JON has bulked up in the legs over the season. There is a fair bit of colour in a few legs considering we've just come out of winter, even a touch of sunburn on one or two. Most in shorts, as it was a beautiful day today, 24 degrees but windy. Quite a crowd there today. Very relaxed looking bunch, training went for about 45 minutes.

One of the boys (i forgot who) has had a few hours to much sun this week and was as red as anyone could be. Yes it was a beautiful day to watch them train.
