Shane Edwards

How on earth he keeps getting games is just beyond me. Whyoh why isn't he made to be accountable for the substandard performances he's delivering week in and week out?

Mistakenly thinking a guy might be injured instead of actually being a sook is a sin? You really take this too seriously. I've admitted he's a complete waste of time and that I was wrong about him, what more do you want?

Fair enough.

If you want to compare both players at the same age, why not compare Edwards' year this year to Tambling's 5th year? That's the most relevant, surely.

Even comparing their 4th years it's basically even. Given most considered Tambling a bit underwhemling to that point, what does that say about Edwards?

I don't want to compare the players. You're the one who made the original comment about statistically who is better so I was just clarifying. I agree, Tambling is not the player I would be making comparison against to justify another player's worth.

At his best just home and away player. We need players that can handle pressure if we ever make finals. Edwards is not one...

B2

Not that it would make any difference to the results over the last few weeks but I'd rather have Tuck in ahead of this spud. Seriously if we are going to have a mantra about having only quality disposers of the ball then get rid of this guy. Yet another case of us holding onto a guy just waiting and hoping for him to come good. Waste of time.

he missed a simnple hand pass with no pressure that then put Grigg ( i think ) under the pump = turn over. Sould of beed a shot on goal for is. Its time for him to go.

One of the worst players I have ever seen play VFL/AFL. Runs and spreads well, everything after that is a complete disaster. Appalling coaching and selection by playing him.

Adelaide media always talk about getting home grown players back and blokes like Chris McDermott have big wraps on Edwards and how he owuld love to have him back at the Crows.

His kicking is disappointing this year, dont remember it ever being as bad as it has this year. Don't believe it is unfixable but we can't continue to carry his turnovers, they are just too costly.

he has yet to hit a target this season with a handball either

Get rid of him as of right now. He should never ever play senior footy for RFC again.

If anyone at Richmond thinks he is worth persisting with, they should be shown the door as well.
