Adelaide media always talk about getting home grown players back and blokes like Chris McDermott have big wraps on Edwards and how he owuld love to have him back at the Crows.

His kicking is disappointing this year, dont remember it ever being as bad as it has this year. Don't believe it is unfixable but we can't continue to carry his turnovers, they are just too costly.

I hear that McDermott is a very good judge of football talent,
If so they can have him for Bernie Vince.

We need to cut our losses on this spud. Dont know his contract situation but I'll be absolutely filthy with the club if they sign him up at the end of this season. At best I think they could work him into a 3 way trade with another club.

From a selections pick, I dont think any club would seriously give up anything more than a 4th round pick for him (pick 70's).

I stand corrected, but when he first started playing for us, he seemed ok as a forward pocket type player. Maybe thats the problem with him. Somebody at the club tried to make a forward pocket player into a midfielder and stupidly this is the consequence.

Awareness and pure skill are simply not his forte.

Get rid of him as of right now. He should never ever play senior footy for RFC again.

If anyone at Richmond thinks he is worth persisting with, they should be shown the door as well.
HA HA well said. I said he was not much chop from the outset. TURNOVER KING.
Trade him back to Port along with Nason, Farmer, Hislop and Francis Jackson and they will give us Carlisle and Salopek.

Whatever McDermott is on I'll have a kilo of it.

We must trade him while he has some sort of currency. Another year like this and we'll get bugger all for him.

Knowing the RFC, they'll hold onto him for 1 more year before realising he's no good and by then it will be too late. I really don't know what's happened to him because he was pretty good last year.

If he could just kick hed be a very haNdy player! But he is possibly the worst kick in afl! He must work like hell on this over summer or go

He's had 5 or 6 summers to get it right, it aint going to happen over this summer...or any other.

put up for trade and if no takers delist. this club needs to pull their finger out regarding severely limited players like shank.

Such a frustrating player. Definitely a glass half full, has some great unorthodox attributes, but his flaws seem insurmountable.

Crows will depart with either of those far more willingly than Dangerfield.

Vince a definate chance if we want him.

I would do Edwards for Vince. In a flash. He is deadwood, what ever we get for him will be a bonus.

The Edwards pick was a massive flop.

Yep big question marks on FJ with good picks taking Edwards & Post. Big ????

Which is a big worry when there is not one more important man at our club than him considering how hard we are going to have to go at the drafts considering the state of our list.

A big concern is FJ ILO.

The big question is, who's going to fall for Edwards?

Don't forget Craig Cameron - the guy that looks after our contracts. Probably up there as one of the most important positions. Didn't he recently re-sign up hacks like McGuane, White, etc?

Hmmm.
