Tuck's game today was miserable, most of the time was sucking in the air, looked unfit and his poor skills stood out like dogs gonads.

It was shocking. Watched him closely after some claims that he is actually has very good disposal. Only confirmed what I'd already believed. 26 possessions yet only 67 supercoach points usually indicates alot of ineffective disposal. Mind you, the average Richmond player today was probably worse than Tuck. So its all relative.

Farewell & Good Riddance!

I'll give one thing to Rawlings, Tuck might look good against bottom sides, but he is just a battler against the elite!
Wallace was sucked in for 5 years!

Another all class game from Tuck yesterday ::), and he continued his decision to handball all the time. He had 26 possessions (8 kicks, 18 handballs) at 62% efficiency - simply put, Tuck was attrocious yesterday. His game was epitomized by the moment in the first half when Riewoldt gave him a short pass (in the backline) that hit him right in the mittens, he dropped it, was swarmed by 2 Collingwood players, didn't chase or tackle and they kicked a goal. His career at Richmond is over.

How can anybody justify keeping him when we already have Deledio, Tambling, Foley, Cotchin, Cousins and young draftees to come in? Tuck turns 28 at the end of this year, and with the supposed 'youth policy' and 'rebuilding' to be implemented, where is his place in the team?

Where's the Cousins bashing d3? 19 touches, 58% effective, 1 more turnover than Tuck and 3 years older.

What's the problem with inside mids having high handball counts too? Top line players like Yablett, Cross, Thompson, Boyd, Selwood and Sewell regularly have considerably more handballs than kicks in a game.

Lastly, how you could justify getting rid of him (unless by trade of course) when there are so many who obviously need to go before him is beyond me.

Who? Where?

im a little suprised that tucky isnt used as a HFF, he has a vice like grip in the marking contest and is as straight as an arrow in set shots...could do alot worse....as he's a liability in the middle with his melbourne storm style clearances ::)

Would you like to rethink your proposition Disco?

IMO if Tuck isn't going to be a mid in our premiership team he should move on (hopefully to hawthorn). Cousins is a different class

Yep. He has the game at HFF - but probably even better in a FP. But not at the expense of developing others. Injury substitute only.
