Sorry, Oldster I was trying to be subtle. Never worked for me before. What I was saying is that punters who fancy that Tuck should knock over the opposition's #1 inside mid and then, prone with a face full of lawn and leather, deftly kick the ball backwards to Chris Newman, are nothing but a bunch of plate cleaners. ;D

Shane is very much the plate breaking kind.

And, mld, I've come around to Tuck. He wouldn't go near a bad man in 2004. Frawley was right to persecute him. But he's improved every year and our best for now. I sincerely hope that we have a better one soon. Then we can play two inside types. Watch Foley go nuts then.
its certainly better to have a tuck than a mcmuffin. sheesh sounds like some sort of plastic surgery.
any way ive liked tuck for what he is but his kicking is driving me to despair. sorry jack at some stage we just have to upgrade.onething for sure he has to play atm.

i think that other inside side type is not far away by all reports coughlan is only 2 or 3 weeks of.

This is the sort I reckon you keep. Is he your #1 inside defensive mid in a premiership team? Nah. And he's no use to you in a pretty game unless he's in that slot (not that the game will be pretty by the time he's finished with it).

But when you're playing real football games for high stakes and one of theirs giving them first use Tuck can do a job for you. He beats all bar the very best opponents and exposes plenty of rumours.

And Cogs, brother. Double knee men take time.

And his opponent had 20+ and 6 goals.

I know mate. Im saying the following:

*The fact that he only had a kick/handball ratio of 1:3 is sh!t

*6 Tackles is good.

*He did get spanked today

Clearly not part of the future and was recently resigned till the end of 2010. WTF is going on down at Tigerland ???

Tuck will be better when he plays around better players at our club. He's no hack.

That's just made my long weekend even better. Knowing Tuck is around to pass on his mediocrity to the yound players coming through for the next couple of years. Is this another Miller deal???

I'm so pissed off about our game that I'll fully blame the right bloke for Thompson's success. (Sacred cow Lids for Thompson's first goal.)

Course Wally, career over (fraud) will probably punt Tuck for blueing Thompson, the way he punted Hyde for getting chopped up by Adam Goodes.

Then there's the boots. Terry Wallace has a heart the size of a pea.

And maybe I was wrong but let's not dwell on that. I certainly won't.

Stats today:

6 Handballs, 18 kicks!

6 tackles :)
What game were you at?
Tuck had 6 kicks, 18 handballs and 6 critical errors. He is a horrible decision maker who always rushes his disposal and turns the ball over, and along with Tivendale, Pettifer, Bowden, McGuane and McMahon he deserves to be dropped!! I'm sick of Tuck's shithouse performances, he always racks up the touches and does nothing with the footy.

Tucky is just a player Jack but Wallace isn't much of a coach.
