Very quietly this guy has gone under the radar. He is a quality fullback and has several pretty big names under his belt. Started as a forward and was touted as Wayne Carey's heir at one stage but has turned himself into one of the top 4 FB's in the AFL over the last couple of years.

I know I talked about now other clubs elder players but at 25 I just think that this guy is ready to playhis best football in the next three to four years. KKP's have there best years around 25-29 as a rule.

If he was available come PSD time woudn't he be the answer to our prayers? I just hope he doesn't sort out the problem with the Kanga's.

Listening to a mate of mine, who is involved with the Roos. He would be rapt if someone else picked him up, because he is taking up a spot on their list which they could use for someone with some talent.

The fact that they got Hay is an admission that Watt isn't working out. I know one of the roo's directors, and he's admitted as much to me.

I would take Watt over Hay. But just seeing peoples responses to how bad our KKP postion is. Not that bad if we can turn this bloke down.

My thoughts exactly TT12. This guy is so far from being a quality full back that it's not funny. Without Archer & Colbert down there, he would have been exposed to be the dud that he is. Kangaroos supporters can't stand this bloke. No thanks

Seems as I expected no one took the bait. Actually I thought someone would.

As I thought/hoped we are becoming less open to the idea of other clubs rejects. Please let Mr Miller see this about Ben Haynes and the like.

Excellent spin Scoop. Are you, perchance, John Howard's speech writer?

All my mates that are Kangas supporters hate him. He has been there since a 17 year old and has shown little. He surely has to be the player the Kangas supporters all hate.....He is our Tivva equivalent - do you want him now??????

Talent less, squib - was suprised he finished 3rd in the sprint on Grand Final day!

Watts, 26yo, 192cms, 99kg

Probably as good as he's going to get.

At 99kg has probably grown too large and slow for the FB position.
It would be OK if he was a forward, but you can't afford to carry the extra weight as a backman.
(Think, the last 2 or 3 years of Greg Strachan.)

Hunt seems a better option to Watt.

We should have swapped Watt for Tivindale.

I don't think they wanted him. Hay and Rawlings are bad enough kicks as it is without Mr "Worst beautiful kick in the AFL."

I suppose at least his kicks look good. How many players in the AFL can easily kick the distance on the run from outside 50? The only question with Tivva is whether he will miss to the right or to the left.

WATT = DUD there you go!

He aint much chop if hes got the ass for a bloke whose knees are rat *smile* and cant kick!!!!!! ???

YEP LETS DRAFT HIM :P :hihi
