Newspaper today refers to Richmond's "shattered list". There is nothing shattered about it. The recruiting department is 100% responsible for the 1/2 arsed talent we have down at the club. We have built our own list of average players. Stop blaming others and be accountable for God's sake. Stand up recruiters and head straight for the doors you have been our biggest problem for the past 6 years.
