Sheedy on the footy show

Oh no.......Oh dear.....I saw him at a function, and he did'nt give me cuddles and tell me everythings gonna be all right ::)
I dont know........who am I........

Changed my mind, what was I thinking??????Wallace is RIGHT on the money, and winning 1 game a year is perfectly acceptable.

Sheedy has spoken in the past about returning to Richmond in a non- coaching capacity, after his career at Essendon was over. Interesting that March said earlier in the week words to the effect that Sheedy might return to Richmond as President.

President of RFC would be a pretty good platform from which he might make comments on the game while at the same time, assist the Club with marketing and be available as an elder statesman, to assist the footy dept when called upon to do so.. while leaving time for his racing interests.

Miller may be the key. They havn't got along so well since the Ty Zantuck trade to Essendon got lost in the hallway at Princess Park, but they are both adults and hopefully are both big enough to iron out their differences.

Last night Sheedy was at a function given by North to honour Allen and Marge Aylett. Along with many others he spoke very well about Aylett, but wouldn't be drawn on his future plans.

So Miller is shown the door. Big Deal! Couldn't care less.

Sheedy's mum gave him a dieing wish and that was to return to Richmond.

I dont think a presidents role is what he does best, he is a footballer not a businessman. He can take control of football operations and be the boss.

He knows what it takes to win flags, he has been involved in 7 in his career and many more premierships, played with brownlow medalists and created them, he is a true football legend and he is a tiger....time to come home!! :clap

Didn't realise his mum hated him that much

Look out, Livers will drag out his favourite quote, about Sheedy's loyalty to Essendon, for the billionth time...

Didnt Sheeds liken Richmond & Essendon to choosing between your son & daughter once?

Personally I think Sheedy still loves the Tiges no matter what Liverpool says.

You cant play 251 games for a team and not feel anything for them.

I'm pretty confident he WILL come to Richmond in some form & personally very excited about the prospect.

I didn't say it....I've only quoted what Sheedy himself has stated.

Don't shoot the messenger now, just because you don't like the message.... ;)
