ullhair and mum won't be happy either! ;DThink both Sheeds and KB are fine just where they are.
Sheeds as a very high profile media personality that can speak up for our players, eg if he were to get the umpires to look after Richo the way the way they look after the diver.
KB as a member of the rules committee, selector (Rising star and AA?) and radio host promoting the culture and style of the Richmond Football Club as it now stands.
This means letting them do their stuff at their own pace not tying them down to time consuming player mentoring although I would like to see them involved in recruiting, coaching resources and development on an ad hoc basis.
