Now I am aware of the critiscm surrounding recycling of players BUT

It is obvious and was before the season we lack big bodies and in particuarl back up ruckman.

Should we have looked at Bryan

IMO he always has had ability and talent, The question marks were attitude and fitness.

He looks like hes setteled at Collingwood very well, in fact I reckon he is ahead of Guy Richards on their list.

Who would you have prefered Kinglsey or Bryan. Kingsley adds to an already well stocked forward line. Bryan would have added to depleted ruck stocks.

Last year when the drafts where going i would of rathered Kent over Bryan, but this year Bryan really has been a suprise. I thought this guy was some dud, hes been solid this year.
Yeah its really worth having a look at him, but i dont see Collingwood getting rid of him.

He played one good game this weekend and had nothing before that this year.

So, he wasn't good enough for the back to back wooden spooners, but we should have looked at him? No thanks.

It's been widely reported that he was let go due to fitness reasons

If Port had said "Rodan was no good at a club like Richmond no thanks" would they regret it??

See if he can put a few good games together, which i doubt.
As soon as someone like Gardiner plays an ok game i bet all the whingers on this site will be like "we should have got him". It happens all the time.

no it doesnt

bryan is the type of crash and bash we needed when it was obvious knobel is stuffed and patto still needs time

kingsley was more a luxury of a selection and we are paying for it

Obviously you havent been around here for very long.

Bryan is a handy player but not the answer to the Tigers' problems.

And it's taken him till 25yo to develop into a handy player.
That's 7 years waiting.
Yes there are "Chris Bryans" every year.
He'll be good at the Carringbush for 2 years then disappear.

At Tigerland we MUST take a longer term view to drafting & developing talls.

Should we have taken Pav over Fiora, Buddy over Ritchie, anyone over Pettifer. FFS get over it and look forward not back.
We all need to make decisions in our life, justify them and then back them. Footy clubs are the same. Sometimes they are the right decisons & sometimes not, but we must all back the decisions we make and get on with life.
I'm so sick of this crap topic

He only played one great quarter, so the jury is still out on him. He's also too short to make a difference in the ruck these days.

Carlton kept Dylan McLaren over him, that should tell you something.

KK was picked up to help our dysfunctional forward line in case Schulz, Cleve and JR didn't come up to standard this year which was fair enough. He has a good nose for the goals and could have been handy if fit for round one, but I suspect that he's been "Gaspared" and the abovenamed kids have passed him by.

Would rather him than Knobel but we didn't that choice.Bryan looks okay but doubt if he will be a worldbeater.

Surely to god this year it's gonna be Kreuzer or McEvoy plus another older ruck. We need long term CLASS rucks with HEART.
