The fact is the whole footballing world knows Terry is gone, if not soon, definitely at the end of the year.

It has done nothing but put this dark cloud over our club. What do we really expect the unethical mob known as the media to do? Every chance they get it is a free hit against our club. Guess what, we take it too. Without giving a whimper.

Smart management would be to be strong on this issue, not pussy foot around the issue and leave us open for constant criticism.

Make a statement that Terry will be here till the end of the year, and no more. Then say we will embark on a massive process in finding the next coach of the Richmond Football Club.

This has become a farce and I for one am sick of it.

You put your finger on it. 'Smart Management' Doesn't exist at Richmond. March sits on his hands while Punt rd goes down the toilet. Sticking to the absurd timetable of a mid season review. As if one is needed. Blind Freddy can see that the club is an utter shambles right now in need of major reform of the football department. Why wait to do something? Everyday this farce drags on more harm is done to the RFC brand.

Btw Wallace apparently accused Mitch Morton of costing him his career. Yeah right, Terry! That's all that matters to you isn't it? Not the yellow and black but $$$$

*smile*, he's been an outstanding CEO in turning around the off field fortunes of the club. How many other AFL CEOs are out in the media spotlight?

With the pressure of being an AFL coach under the constant scrutiny of the media and supporters alike, people do crack. Don't underestimate Terry Wallace, as somebody else said (in another thread) he's pretty wily and I happen to think very mentally tough. If he can make it thru to Round 11, I reckon he'll do the rest of the season.

I wish the damn players were mentally tough, then we would not be in this poop that we are currently witnessing thanks to the vultures of the media.

BTW memo Gary March, your leadership yesterday SIMPLY OUTSTANDING. Not to be seen anywhere near Punt Road, where by rights as Club President you should have been addressing the media, not Cameron or Newman. A simple written statement could have been read out and then you should have said, that's it scum not taking questions, go back to your holes and then left leaving them hanging with their mouths open. Even Eddie across the road would have fronted his media mates, but you were no where to be seen.

No doubt about it, in supporting this Club, Richmond can always surprise mainly for all the WRONG reasons. Still and all they might just get up this weekend and beat the Bummers, then again!!!!
