polak can help in the ruck but he is a kpp not a ruckman. that leaves graham who is 2 or 3 yrs away if he makes it at all. so please my fellow ferals lets not delude ourselves into thinking we have any spare ruckmen of the required standard jeez even one of the 2 genuine ruckmen we do have is seriously deficient.

Snake was on SEN just before the 7pm news tonight, and this is what i recall from the brief chat...
*Saw the surgeon today, it's been 2 weeks since the op and he is ahead in his rehab, and can now start to place his weight onto the foot.
*Has just been swimming and riding the bike until now.
*He brought up that (the RFC surgeon said) the original pin that was put in when he broke his ankle at the Dees should have been left in, rather than being taken out at the end of the season. These pins will remian in the ankle.
* Ox brought up the subject of Snakes martial arts, asked if that had to do with the ankle problem, he said he thought that it was more likely from footy... but of interest, it lead onto a discussion about who were the best boxers at the club. Snake said that Tuck was the one to watch in the ring, he switches into 'phsyco' mode at the drop of the hat and has quick hands. He also went to mention that Krak was very good, but pulled himself up short for obvious reasons! Said the one who is all talk, but delivers little in the canvas square, was one N. Brown!
*Said again, as we have heard before, that KK has never trained as hard as he has at RFC.
*Has never seen a group of players come back better prepared for a preseason than this group.
*Polak has been on Richo every session and is handling himself very well. Richo is still flying, cant believe how well he runs for his height and age.
* Said that he should be ready for round 1
And that's all that I can remember.
