why would Jackson be losing weight? the only thing going for him imo is he's big body (not anymore) around the contest

Hislop will take his spot anyway

He's also very athletic and very fast.

Will Thursfield isn't allowed to put on any more weight because it will impact on his athletisism and make him a worse player, and with the introduction of several tough inside players I think Terry sees a role change for Jacko.

Since we got Hislop and Thomson, Jackson can be more of an attacking midfielder now and make better use of his kicking.
