Well, A season and half has gone by since Plough has taken the reigns, and just about everything he had predicted has happened. He came to the club saying changes had to made in every department and they've occurred. Not only has ressurected the playing careers of some boy's, these individuals are in career best form at the moment. The kid's that have been blooded certainly look the goods and a rosy future beckons. Our membership base has never been as high as it is at the moment & the Admin side seem's to be working as one.The playing group are achieving results that haven't been done in years. Plough said there would be hiccups along the way,and yes he's right. The learning & discipline side seems exceptional from the group. And let's not forget the great job Andy Collins is doing with Coburg, a great launching pad for so many talented youngster's coming through at the moment.Things are definitely on the up since Plough's arrival & time & patience will pay dividends in the future. GO THE MIGHTY TIGE'S!!

Interstaters (SA and WA) will always have more money whilst the competition remains with 10 Victorian-based clubs.
