So its comes that time of year again to look at where we are, and where we are heading. I've altered my aspect slightly this year, as I do every year, just to see things from a different perspective. I hope you like it.

We have only one very tall defender, Hall at 196cm. We are long overdue in recruiting a younger very tall defender.

On paper it seems OK, but in reality Kellaway & Gaspar are coming to the end & there are questions regarding Moore & McGuane in key roles, whilst Thursfield is injured. Trading either Moore or McGuane for another 18yo junior could be an option.

In conclusion there are some crucial areas that I see for us.
1. A junior very tall defender.
2. A ruckman whether it be an 18yo junior, or a 22/23yo.
3. Another key defender.
4. A junior medium sized midfielder who can get centre clearances.
