SPUD the DUD

Was at the game so didn't hear but glad I didn't:

Healy - For some reason absolutely hates Richmond
Spud - Master of the stupid cliche
Russell - Puts more people to sleep than a cup of Milo

we couldve won a flag by now if it wasnt for Dud Frawley holding us back. Apaprently, the 2001 team of overacheivers was ready to take us to the next level. Was he completly stupid? Best thing we ever did was to axe him - unfortunately it was about 2 years too late
 
A sign of a good commentator is a non-biased, honest and entertaining reading of the game. These guys just don't have the professionalism or the mental capacity to deliver to a high standard.
 
Was listening to the game on SEN. Had to put up with Dermies crap all game. He pumped up Hawthorn at every opportunity and made excuses for them when the Tigers were making their comeback. At one stage Hudson and McGuire were saying how much of a sensational game Richo was having all Dermie could come up with was a yeah he is going okay. What a tosser. However it did make me laugh when Dermie started to bag Richo about not looking to pass off the ball when he had taken a mark just on 50. Richo went back and kicked the goal. Macguire couldn't hold back the laughter knowing what a idiot Dermie just made himself sound.
 
Between the Sunday Footy Show and the call, I lost track of how many times Spud dropped the phrase "its a game of inches". Is this a new one for him because "cherry ripe" is getting a little old?

OMG i agree with this, on the way home decided to listen to SEN dermie just is way to complementary towards hawthorn not objective in the overall scheme of things i would say and grant thomas does he hate richmond, seriously...I was getting pissed off listening to these 2.

Thomas did say he is a bit concerned about st.kilda for next weeks match against richmond.
 
Thought he was alright on the replay. Both he and GH gave us our dues when we earnt it.

SEN live was a disgrace.

Correct, it is easy to forget but he did have a coaching hand in the pies two's wooden spoon, pies senior team wooden spoon. and then what happens? He comes to us and then you know what happens next :hihi
