How inspirational would Spud be? Certainly diidn't seem to fire krak up too well.
I posted about Danny's comment about us that I heard on the radio as we drove into the MCG car park on the way to Terry's first game as coach. I can still remember my disgust when I heard Danny was asked how he felt and he admitted he didn't want to see us win because of his own pride.
If they want inspirational get Tommy down there asap.

Wallace would had to have the last word whether to allow Spud in the rooms or not. Was it a good decision afterall, well, the way Krak played answers that.
Frawley was the person who gave Krak his break in the AFL. The only time Danny saw Krak play was via a video, and was snapped up in the draft. Maybe Krak owes alot to Danny for giving the 'break' in the big league. Danny showed faith in Krak and persisted. There has to be some feelings for each other.
We can't blame Frawley for our team crumbling to pieces with 5 minutes to go.

My memory is Krak was a project for Spud, and he developed a very close tie to the Frawley family, spending lots of time with them and developing a major bond with Spud. As such, for his 100 game, I have no issue with Spud talking to the group. Probably the best person who knows what Krak has done and gone through to get to his tonne.
Lets remember, he was there to talk about Krak, not about the game.
