Would it be safe to assume that:
1. all the guys who haven't made either of the first 2 squads in Chaff, Pettifer, JON, Hughes, Casserley, and Moore are injured?
2. Wallace has seen enough of the Rookies to think that only Humm has any chance of being elevated this season.

The panel might have set Cleveland some goals regarding his workrate. He might not be meeting those targets yet.

Or maybe he's got a niggle. The other omissions are injured. Geez, some of the inclusions are.

If Hughes is fit, not being named would be a real slap in the chops.
