I think Harto's a natural backline player. He struggled a touch at Calder before he was moved into a tagging/hbf role and that was by far and away the spot where I saw him play his best footy for Calder. If he is to get an on-ball role, he's gotta a lot of work to do. His stamina and endurance is nowhere near good enough, and he's gotta hit more targets by foot as well.

So why is Harto a natural backline player if he cant hit enough targets red???? My personal opinion he is a run with player in the guts atm and will develop from there.

Imo, because he runs in straight lines, has natural aggressiveness and a defensive mind set.

Again, I don’t believe he has the engine nor finishing off to play either on-ball or run-with roles just yet.

Agreed all on here obviously think he should play!! As long as he replaces a dud then i will be happy. 8)

Harto has plenty to offer and i think will spend alot of time in BP and being used as a tagger to get him up another level. Hartigan certainly a much better option as a tagger than Tommy Roach who was touted to be being looked at for that role 8)
Agree Craig. No more hamstring injuries would be good.
