Twice last night Kingy got involved in scuffles/wrestles, and both times Tiger teammates, only metres away, stood around and did nothing.
The first was in the 2nd quarter near the goalsquare against Grant (?), and Bowden and another Tiger (maybe Thirsty) were nearby and did nothing. Perhaps they were more concerned about the ball coming back, so that is understandable.
The second was in the 3rd quarter near the corner of the centre square. It was a two on one, Kingy ended up with blood over his face, and Richo and Newman stood within metres whilst the ball was 1/2 the ground away.
What's going on?
I'm all for focusing on the ball, but we also need to stick up for our own - even if just to drag an opposition player off our guys.
Has there been a team directive not to get involved?
