A phantom selection of State of Origin article has been published on the AFL website. Richmond players that got a run are as follows:

Allies: Richo, Bowden , Knobel (Ottens only interchange for SA and Fiora not named, what a trade. :hihi)
Vic: Brown, Tuck (Definitely not worth a game last year though Spud >:()
WA: Cogs, Gaspar
SA: Nil

Thanks TGN. Yep thought they got all our blokes. I guess with 8 picked out of 100 we are doing slightly better than average, probably why we are slightly better than average on the ladder.

I would like to see state of origin brought back, it would see the best vs the best.
If we cop an injury thru it, so be it.
Imagine Judd tearing up WA, how good would that be to watch?!!

It's a damn shame we don't have SOO anymore. At the very least I'd love to see an "all-stars weekend" concept like they have in basketball. But I guess in a high contact sport like ours the risk of injury to key players for all clubs would be too great. So it will never happen.
