PUNT ROAD END | Richmond Tigers Forum

I raised this on another thread (Rumours) but am interested in what people think about this subject. My point was that few people would pick the 2008 leader of the most effective disposals stat at RFC - Will Thursfield at 89% (Polak 2nd, Moore 3rd and McGuane 4th on the list) while most Tigers would be very suprised to learn that Cotch is number 32 on the list at just on 70% followed in by only Jack and Cartledge. (By the way Sanchez is 12th with 80%. It just so happens his 20% ineffectives just happen all at the critical time in matches!!!)

Still on Will, he also tops the list of 1 percenters with Moore 2nd and McGuane 3rd.

I know that if you look hard and long enough you will find stats to support any argument but some of this season's stats really do challenge some supporter's perception of reality.
