Stephen Bradbury? Pfft. Try Mark "Bomber" Thompson

12 months to plan for another GF and Bomber turns up with no plan B. Pretty damn good plan A, but still, no plan B is unforgivable with the time he had to plan for this match.

He should of just I.Q.ed the Tigers v Hawks match, with a team half as good as the Cats Terry had Clarkeson totally confused.

Delidio and Newman running off the square bombing goals from 55 out, stretch the zone.

Chip the ball around just outside 50, stretch the zone.

Tempo footy up the ground and through the midfield, stretch the zone.

Wait for the cracks to appear in Clarkesons precious zone and then take him appart. Not a bad plan B.

sounds good but you forgot to mention the hawks hardly had a zone all day, it was very 1on1 throughout the game

Looked as though they had a zone at least in the defensive half to make to so hard for Geelong to score.

Don't agree, the Cats did their usual speed from defense and through the midfield making it impossible for a full ground zone. But call it what you will, a bunch of defenders standing across the back line looks a lot like a zone to me. Very few one out marking contests in the Geelong forward line.
