too another wooden spoon!!!
No imagination that club!!!
Any wonder they are a rabble!!!

Almost a haiku there diggler, although in order to release your true inner poet, don't use exclamation marks. You don't need to anyway 'cause everyone knows what you're going to write (the same thing over and over and over and over and......)

Had a think last night. This has the potential to be a extremely volatile year. If things don't go to plan heads will roll. No ifs and buts. Would be nothing worse then having a young skipper at the helm. I have no problem in throwing Kane Johnson to the wolves this year. Smart move by the club. Still cannot understand how Kayne Pettifer has got into the leadership group. That staggers me.

Great to see the young cubs promoted (well not that young), a great move.

However Johno again?? after last seasons poor form i wouldve thought a changing of the guard was a priority!!

Kayne presents all day and plays in front and has not missed a game in three years. Gets plenty of ball, kicks goals, providse assists and leads in inside 50's at the club. Some leadership qualities there. Also think it will help his game as his head has historically been set at either 'ego plus' or 'insecure'. Might even encourage him to tackle more ;)

congratts to newman & foley well deserved good choices looking to the future, dont know about sugars re-apointment though would of liked a change . think he may struggle to fit into the best 22 on last years form hopefully was down because of injury as many have indicated last year & comes out this year to be a dominant captain that can take control of games & leads by example,,,, but still think could be his last year as both captain & richmond player. newman would be great as captain and as a inside midfielder goodluck to them all.
newman,foley,tambling,cotchin,tuck,coughlan,connors,edwards...... starting to look really potent

With two kids I would say Blinga's potency is not in question :o

Just as we thought. Obviously not a Tiger supporter. :troll2

I am pretty pleased with the new look leadership group and the retention of Sugar as captain. We have heard all season he is carrying an injury and now after enough time to get himself right he has no excuse but to come out and show everyone exactly why he was kept in the no. 17. As for Foley, a few people have said they hope it is no extra pressure on him etc. I personally hope there is an immense amount of extra pressure as this fella just seems to rise above anything that is thrown his way, a great move by the club. Newy I must say is over rated and not up to it IMO, but that said his appointment is not a total shock. I say bring on round one and the Navy Poos.
