Surprise Packet '06

Going for Schulzy but only if he plays FF with Richo at CHF.
Also think the Thirsty Willie can consolidate on the few games he played last year and become a silent assassin, no frills, no song and dance, nothing flash at all, just shutting down an opponent week in week out.

stone the crows...thisll make yer choke on your chardys, singy slings and traditionally brewed V.B,s........
And will add weight to Anduril,s and mine philosophy derived from Lord Of The Rings.....
"As Nitro will arise from his quiet field and shake the counsels of the great".......(Drum....roll)

TIVENDALE!
Yes o ye of higher learning....Tivers shall turn it all around and be in Richmonds top 5 this year!
Thatll initiate some lively discussion I bet!Cheers! ;D :clap

If TW peserveres with playing him down back this season I'll tolerate it for now as I think it'll go some way as too developing him as a complete KPP. Disciplne is something Jay doesn't appear to have in droves and it may do him good to play in defence for a while. He could even become a real success at CHB. With the arrival of Hughes, if Jay becomes the man at the helm of defence I'll be happy.

In saying that there's no doubt he appears to have natural forward tendencies and that needs to be preserved, when Richo goes(yes it will happen) Jay may well be our CHF.

I'll watch his progression with more interest than most in '06. Seems to me Jay's season is possibly the most crucial of all the listed players to our success in the coming years.

Agree with this ToO. Thought *smile* was very good against Geelong at CHB in the last game last year.

I agree to that I think Wallace probably sees him playing at CHB as part of his development. Lets not forget CHF is generally considered the hardest position on the ground to play. I think we tend to forget how young Jay still is. He still has time to develop as a player.
