If TW peserveres with playing him down back this season I'll tolerate it for now as I think it'll go some way as too developing him as a complete KPP. Disciplne is something Jay doesn't appear to have in droves and it may do him good to play in defence for a while. He could even become a real success at CHB. With the arrival of Hughes, if Jay becomes the man at the helm of defence I'll be happy.
In saying that there's no doubt he appears to have natural forward tendencies and that needs to be preserved, when Richo goes(yes it will happen) Jay may well be our CHF.
I'll watch his progression with more interest than most in '06. Seems to me Jay's season is possibly the most crucial of all the listed players to our success in the coming years.
