There's going to be speed humps no doubt. Hopefully the good outweighs the bad but AFL footy is a professional environment. He's got to get close to towing the line no matter how good he is. Otherwise it will effect the group.

Rocked up to training late,

At the captains run this morning I was almost going to post that Sydney was not at training, but he belatedly exited the sheds. Dimma gave him a bake which I thought might have been a joke at the time but it was just shown on channel 10 and it most definitely wasn't a joke with a pointed finger jab to the sternum to go along with the bake. A bit of tough love needed along with the cuddles by the looks.
Just watched that video. Geez, I was scared just watching it. Angry Dimma.

Haven’t seen that footage. Absolutely brilliant by Hardwick, just reminded him whos boss.
The club doesn’t accept crap anymore

Sydney probably needs a firm hand, an occasional kick up the clacker. Probably appreciates it. Needs to develop discipline.

What makes people think Dimma is nothing but 'cuddly'? No.

Regardless how good he is, no club will accept a player that doesn’t play by the team rules.
Out of all the kids playing, Stack should know theres no 2nd chance.

Just a youngster copping a chirp off the boss to ensure he keeps the focus n maintains standards.

Guarantee that after everyone seeing the standard he plays at there'll be second chances at Richmond n 17 other clubs more than willing to offer third or fourth chances if necessary ( depending on the level of misdemeanor of course ).

He gave him the same little shove he gave to Vlastuin at 3QT against GWS at the G a few years back. Our Dimma is far from the mild mannered accountant some think he is, still has his playing mongrel.

How long before footage of Buckley comes out of him poking one of his players in the chest...?
