Matthew Guy the new leader of the opposition. Please be a strong alternative so that Victorians have a choice at the next election.

Stolen from twitter, but turning to Matthew Guy for leadership is like turning to the bin instead of the fridge when your hungry.

I dont think Guy is a good alternative, but they had to make a change. O'Brien's response to Covid has been such a disaster there was no way back for him.
Agree. Just a bunch of whingers when in opposition. It's like the Cartoon of Vic Parliament since Kennett finished.

Sco-Mo skipped the normal quarantine procedures and headed home to his family in Sydney for the Father's Day weekend.

What a 5 star *smile* he is.

what he did, while legal,

is astonishingly poor leadership.

astronomically out of touch.

Our business leaders pile up the job keeper, and our political leaders take a jet interstate to spend fathers day with the kids,

and they want normal people to do their civic duty, involving financial and familial sacrifice.

why should we be surprised and angry? Kings have done this *smile* since before Jesus was a boy,

sending blokes to die in hopeless battles, watching children starve, while they are fed grapes in bed by fleeting virgins.

*smile* you Morrison. *smile* you gerry Harvey.

im sick of these *smile*.

Morrison is unfamiliar with the philosophy "leaders eat last". He thinks he should eat first (and last, the fat *smile*) because he's so terribly important, as evidenced by all that important stuff he's done. Like - oh... ah! Building a cubby house! Hammering an invisible nail! Meeting Drumpf! Keeping fossil fuel masters happy.

Yes. A very important man. He should give himself a pay rise.

Is it any wonder why a lot folks are saying " I've had enough of lockdown" when our illustrious PM thumbs his nose at it.

Stuff you ScuMo, you're not a leaders rsole

Matty Guy starting strong, focusing on kids playgrounds instead of vaccines.

He won't last

So wierd! Only shows *again* why the LNP in Vic are such basket-cases, and then there is Tim Smith...! :D

More reasons to vote for an interested, caring, local independent IMO.

The right and right media are obsessed with playgrounds.

they pick inconsequential little extremities to attack the left on high rotation; kids locked out of playgrounds and transgender toilets,

cause they know theyre on the wrong side of all the important stuff

After Guy fails again, you just know Smith is going to take over.

it is funny their sudden focus on mental health. It has never been a big concern before as they have promoted insecure work and refused to support members of the LQBTI community, particularly the young, to name but 2 examples.

Every Australian home by Christmas..
Morrison thanked them !!
He should've apologised to them. They could've all been back in Australia 6 months ago if Morrison hadn't bungled the purchase of vaccines.

And the dedicated quarantine facilities. What happened to those?
Federal responsibility? No responsibility

Exactly, they've had 18 months to build new quarantine facilities, and they can't even get that right.

People who live near the proposed new quarantine facility in Wa have to drink bottled water.

Nikki Savva really hates Morrison :)

An exert...
“The Morrison government has written more than 10,000 letters of demand to social security recipients in JobKeeper-supported jobs. But they haven’t said anything to the more than 150,000 firms that got JobKeeper despite rising revenue. The federal government has a loud megaphone, and should urge firms who were overpaid JobKeeper to give the money back.”
