Scott Morrison intended to leave his abuse apology to the presiding officers, as he warned colleagues ‘if you take my legs out … you will suffer’.
Only because he found out Albo was going to do it.
Abbott i reckon was relatively honest, at least about who he is, and was as a PM.
Morrison is a fraud, as well as being incompetent.

I agree that Howard knew exactly what he was doing. The Howard era was also the start of the Liberal party's move away from its roots in Government. I am no great admirer of Robert Menzies but what the Liberal Party is today is not the one he started. One of his most famous quotes was that " liberalism proposes to march down the middle of the road". But this week has really reached a new level of PM mocking. Even the normally friendly media are lining up to do it.
Heard Barry Cassidy talking on SCOMO and the election the other day. He was addressing whether the same thing as last time could happen and the LNP come from behind and win.
His view was that whilst it was far too early to call the election result the difference was that 3 years ago SCOMO was relatively unknown as a PM and the electorate was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this time everyone knows him and who he is and that won’t be a positive for the LNP.
