It would be interesting to see who people would choose from the 2007 draft with the benefit of hindsight. (I left Kruezer off because he wasn't an option)
There are some fairly handy players taken after Trent so I really question Terry not trying to win games to get him. The lesson is picking the right player, and developing them properly, no matter what pick we have. I am excited by Trent but am disappointed with Terry's tactics to target one player.
In voting we need to take into account Richmond selected Trent fully aware of his injury problem. It's certainly affected his development and only time will tell if he overcomes it or if his career is restricted because of it.
