Team changes - round 3 v Western Bulldogs

What does Newman have to do to get dropped FFS? Shag Dimma's wife? Seriously, this guy is untouchable
seriously Ian? I was there last week and thought he was very important reading the play and cutting off some blues leads. I do think this is about his last year but his experience last week was invaluable. Reckon you're a bit harsh.

No such thing as an easy game - especially when we are expected to win. Bulldogs have plenty of pace (our Achilles heal) and after two loses will be up and about. They are a good clearance team and I am pretty sure beat us in clearances last year even if we did win (happy to b corrected though).

I expect to win but cant understand how some here are touting 10 -12 goals. Once again happy to be wrong on that count too as percentage would be welcome.

We'll beat them so badly that North will automatically become favorites for the bottom 4.

Tigers should win well BUT we are talking Richmond hey !! 45 years of bla bla Go Tigers fingers and toes are crossed.

Bullish about us this year but I am a little concerned that we're not as settled as we'd like to be. Blokes underdone, seemingly out of form, prime movers injured, down to our third string ruck already.

Not enough to panic about, but just enough to hold back on predictions of another 10 goal belting to the Dogs.

Don't like the outs and a few just average players still in. This game has danger written all over it. Bulldogs side looks settled to me. I think we will still win but if we lose and some usual suspects don't step up could get messy on the forum.

Hmm, squad does look weak.

Personally if Deledio is out I would've given Foley a full game.

Agree Cartman, will be happy with a win whatever the scoreline.

While it's not the best team we could field I still think it's pretty decent, without any glaring deficiencies. It wasn't too long ago we had Muscles in the ruck. We have pretty good coverage in all areas IMO.

Bit worried about our mids. We had Maric, Lids, Cotch, Tuck, Jackson and Martin as a terrific midfield group and with the injuries and Dusty playing half back it leaves Cotch and Jacko with a lesser group rotating through. This is up against Minson, Griffen, Cooney, Wallace, Dullhouse and clearance maching Libbers. Gunna be pretty tuff in there.

Lids injury certainly puts the performance of Everit into perspective..

Really looking forward to Nathan Gordon and hope he is not sub.

Lids cut the dogs to bits last year. who will do it this year??

He kicked that quick goal in the opening seconds of the first game last year, but I seem to remember Dustin absolutely tore them apart in the middle. Stan Alves said early on he would have been sending the runner out to remind the players what number Martin was and to get someone on him to limit the damage. And apart from one gaff Houli had a big game. In fact he played well in both of the Dogs games last year.
