That's right. And who else you gunna play on him? If Rance takes Waite this time, surely, as he is the most mobile and effective of their BFs. But then who takes Petrie - Grimes or Batch? Got to be kidding. Either way, Chaplin must play.

Oops, forgot, Astbury for Petrie. Might just work, at least better than EF.

Yeah as long as he puts forward pressure on when the ball hits the deck, I'd hate North to waltz out of defense. Otherwise Menadue.

The way our midfield got smashed in that game, I'm surprised Waite was the only key forward they cashed in on. Have no doubt that if Norf get similar midfield or rebound dominance again their forwards will use our defenders to pick cooties off their dates.
Waite had acres of space n their midfield had *smile* loads of time to deliver, there was always someone in a Tiger jumper going to get reamed that day.
 
Rapt Chaplin and Houli aren't in the side.
Cotchin should and will burn North tommorow night
Edwards will go missing in the night sky during the game.
And Hampson will miss a sitter and drop at least 3 marks.
 
If our midfield does not have a blinder tomorrow night then we are in trouble. Serious trouble. They will expose us down back for height. The one who Batchelor goes to will have a field day.

We must smash them in contested ball and get them on the outside.

And FFS do not let them play with a loose man down back.

On the radio yesterday they said that Chaplin and Menadue had made the trip to Tassie, but no mention of Markov. So if there is a late withdrawal he's unlikely to be the replacement.
