If it does, I’ll be interested to see the results, particularly seeing as our backline has 3 18y.o. rookies in it, 1 second year player and only 1 player with a height greater than 190cm (Gaspar).

True but only one player under 186.5 cm. Would be a quick side though. Really only crystal balling on White, JONs, Casserley, Pattison and Foley's ability to come up to scratch quickly. More likely the usual suspects will fill the defensive positions. But if the new recruits come to hand quickly could be exciting times.

teams for first week of finals

heres a possibility

STKILDA, GEELONG, WCE, PORT, SYDNEY, BRISBANE, WEST BULLDOGS, ADELAIDE or ESSENDON.

Somehow no matter how hard i try to be positive i just cannot see the RFC making the Finals.

I couldnt care less where we finish next year as long as the kids are used properly and developed properly.

But my feeling is that with a tougher draw and still a number of duds we will finish bottom 4 which i would not be upset about as the club needs another good draft anyway.

Oh no, I'm about to agree with Craig..................Nurse! ;D

Two turnups that might just happen - StKilda to miss the 8, and swap Collingwood for Essendon in your list Craig - only time will tell.....................

That list will still be nursing hangovers after the previous mad monday!

Good effort Lamby, but lacks a tad in height.

You're probably right rainesy, but picked a side for speed. We may be acouple of years away but we only need about half of Tambling, Meyer, Pattison, Polo, JON, Casserley, and White to come good and we are laughing, and that is without taking into account any finds in the rookies or improvement in Roach, Hartigan, Raines, Jackson or finding a AFL standard tall in Limbach, Mguane or Hughes.

Seeing Moore come second in the tiger sprint also has me reconsidering whether he might actually offer something a leading forward or maybe a third tall down back.

I am banking on Schulz and Foley to announce themselves this year!!

Nice side - shows we have some flexibility and depth - players to come into your side as they develop include Meyer, JON, and Hughes.

There is still hope for the class of 2003 - Hartigan, Roach, Raines and Jackson.

Graham, Limbach, Moore and Mcguane developing and senior players such as Krak, Kellaway. Knobel, P Bowden and Tivendale/Chaffey ::) in the wings. Starting to build a nice list.
