I think they were winners of the comp. they had last year. Winners had the oppotunity to be photographed with the team. The Greek Cypriot Demetriou isn't that skinny.
To sit in the team photos where auctioned at both the auction night and Jack Dyer medal nights they went for about 3 grand a spot
"3 GRAND!!!!!!" Sheeeeeeeessssshhhhhh................I was one of the winners 3 years back for renewing my membership [only missed the one year] and it was a chance to get my photo taken with the team on the family day,but of all dates it was when i was best man at my mates wedding.CC TIGER said:

Well to make a short story long after 3 weeks no boots.
Rang club again and they said boots were sent last week,i asked if it was by regersted mail and she said yes.
Explained that no one here had signed for them so they sent me another pair[ :clap ]
So someone out there [posty?] has also scored a signed pair of cogs boots,and i hope they take pride of place on there bar too.
PS my best mates 17 year old daughter trys to nick them all the time.......must be something about us marks.. :hihi
Gee thats funny im in the next suburb and happen to have a pair of Cogs boots :don't know.Na sorry got these on the up.They also did a fundraiser for the tsnumai that cost 250
